What the registration means

A Broker That Arranges and Documents, Honestly

An upper tier waste broker registration lets CellComply arrange and document the movement of controlled waste on your behalf. We do not drive the trucks, and we say so plainly: the physical uplift always runs through an ADR-compliant carrier partner, and every hazardous movement travels with a hazardous waste consignment note.

That split matters because it is how the law allocates responsibility. Our job is to make sure the right carrier, the right treatment facility and the right paperwork are in place for every collection, and that you hold the evidence afterwards. The full journey is on the how it works page.
