These terms govern use of the Cell Comply website and enquiries made through it. Separate written terms, proposals or contracts may apply to any services we agree to provide.

The content on this website is provided for general information only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice based on your specific circumstances.

Service Enquiries

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige Cell Comply to provide services. We may ask for further information before confirming scope, pricing, availability or suitability.

Quotes and Proposals

Any quote or proposal we provide is based on the information available at the time. Pricing, timelines and scope may change if your requirements, battery types, sites, volumes or regulatory position differ from the initial information supplied.

Setup, Collections, Compliance Cover and Fees

Our standard service is a one-off setup per site, at the fee agreed in your proposal or on the setup call, followed by collections charged at a flat all-in price per collection event as agreed for your account. That price covers the arrangement of the collection through a licensed carrier, consignment note handling and records filing. Collections are charged only when they take place; nothing is charged per kilogram and no recurring fee applies to the standard service. Specialist work, such as damaged or leaking devices, expired stock clearances or loose battery streams, is quoted per job before anything moves.

Where we additionally agree to provide Compliance Cover, it is an optional per-site service agreement billed monthly or annually, at the rates confirmed in your proposal or setup call. Published rates are subject to VAT. For multi-site accounts, per-store rates are banded by estate size and the account total may be capped, as set out on the website or in your proposal.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You remain responsible for your legal and regulatory compliance unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Third Parties

Some services may involve consultants, DGSA specialists, carriers, waste partners or other third parties. Where relevant, their own terms, availability, licences and operating requirements may also apply.

Intellectual Property

The website content, branding, text, graphics and design belong to Cell Comply or its licensors. You may view and share website pages for normal business reference, but you must not copy, reproduce or reuse substantial parts without permission.

Liability

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cell Comply is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or reliance on general website content.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page.
